What to Know Before Your First Visit
What to Expect
During your first appointment we will do an in depth health history, go over your diet, sleep and stress levels and discuss what your health care goals are. We will go over any labs you may have and if need be order more diagnostic testing. During this visit we will work together to set up a customized treatment plan and set goals for achieving radiant wellness.
Your first visit will be 60-90min and most follow up appointments will be an hour. This allows us the time to fully discuss your health care goals, gather all the information and to understand the root cause of your health concern so we can target the appropriate treatment for your individual needs.
Before Your Visit
Before your first visit you will be sent an email containing important intake forms. Please take the time to fill these out as thoroughly as possible. This should take 15-20 min and will allow us more time to uncover the root of your health concerns.
Please have with you the following:
- Labs and Diagnostic testing from the last 12 months
- All medications and supplements you take
- Questions
- Patience - as true healing is rarely a quick fix

Cancellation Policy
Dr. Spenny has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please note, if 24 hours notice is not given there will be an $80 cancellation fee charged to your credit card on file.
