Koru Inside Out Facial
This facial is more than just skin deep; it is a total skin healing experience! During a one-hour consultation Dr. Spenny will explore issues that may be compromising your skin health such as nutritional deficiencies, hormone imbalances, gut health, environmental toxins and inflammation. In addition to this invaluable consultation, this facial includes a 60-minute Koru Facial tailored to your specific skin health requirements.
Supplement Clean Up
This appointment includes a brief intake and advice from Naturopath, Dr. Spenny on which supplements are right for your individual needs and health goals. We will evaluate all the supplements you are on to see if they are helping you achieve your overall health goals. We can also look to see what you may want to add to your routine for optimal wellness.
Naturopathic Wellness Visit
During this visit we will do an in depth health history, go over your diet, sleep and stress levels and discuss what your health care goals are. We will go over any labs you may have and if need be, order more diagnostic testing as well as perform a physical exam. At this visit we will work together to set up a customized treatment plan and set goals for achieving optimal wellness.
Food Sensitivity Evaluation
Food allergies and sensitivities are one of the leading causes of chronic conditions, including, but not limited to; acne, skin rashes, IBS, constipation/diarrhea, headaches, inflammation, arthritis, weight gain, brain fog and fatigue.
Digestive Health Assessment
Evidence suggest both acute and chronic conditions may begin as imbalances in the gastrointestinal tract. Find out how well you are able to digest, absorb and breakdown foods with this simple stool sample kit.

Clinical Skin Evaluation
During this appointment Dr. Spenny will do a thorough examination of your skin and an in-depth health and diet history. Diagnostic Testing may be utilized to help find the root cause along with nutritional, botanical and nutracuetical recommendations.
Body Work - CST and VM
Integrating Craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation. This energy balance treatment with subtle soft tissue adjustments to release deeply held tensions, emotions, and old trauma from the organs, tissues and joints. The treatment repattern’s the body for optimal wellbeing through even energy flow.
